SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Anywhere Door Store.

We will try our best to ensure packaging is done to prevent breakage of cookies and post as fragile item. We have no control of how shipment will be handled. 

We do not deliver to P.O boxes.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the delivery address you give us at the time you place your order through our staff or a third-party delivery service provider. Kindly ensure that full and correct address is provided. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. If you have instructed us/third-party provider to leave your parcel outside the door or at the concourse any missing delivery under such circumstances shall be at your own risk. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reason.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment. 

Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and no refund will be given to the amount spend on the order. 

All risks in the product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery but we shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. From the time when risk passes to you, we will no not be liable for any loss or damage to the product(s).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All orders are subject to customs and duty taxes and charges of the respective destination country, payable by the recipient of the order. We shall not in any event be liable for any unpaid customs and duty taxes and charges or any consequences thereof.

MALAYSIA

SINGAPORE


We offer a flat rate of RM 7 for all standard shipping. Free delivery for orders more than RM150.

 East Malaysia:

  • For orders RM 150 and above: Additional RM 35 (logistic surcharge)
  • For orders below RM 150: Additional RM 35 (logistic surcharge) + RM 7 (shipping fees)

West Malaysia

  • For orders, RM 150 and above get free delivery

Currently, we offer a flat rate of RM 20 for all standard shipping. Free delivery for orders more than RM300.

 Singapore

  • Purchase order RM300 and above: Free Delivery
  • Purchase order below RM300:      Additional RM 20* delivery charges per order

         *Subject to be changed

 

STANDARD DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be shipped out within 1 - 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 2 – 3 working days for your order to arrive.
  • East Malaysia: 4 – 6 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Singapore: 3 – 4 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 – 3 working days.
